- We’re here to serve our community: Clients, Audience, Co-Workers, Shareholders and the community at-large. Ask if what you’re doing serves the community, or just yourself.
- There is no place for gossip here. It doesn’t matter if it’s work or personal, if it doesn’t help us propel forward positively, don’t make time for it.
- Engage in healthy & positive communication with everyone in the community. Be solution-focused and consider tone, timing and body language.
- Personal accountability of your actions builds a better team and a better community. Remember, no surprises! Honesty and integrity build character and leadership in us all.
- Practice punctuality in your daily activities and communicate your commit- ments to yourself and others. Always respect deadlines and team members’ time, as well as your own time to be productive.
- Dress appropriately for success in your department, as if you were meeting another expert who also does what you do. When in doubt, ask.
- Be professional in everything you do as you represent yourself to the community. Serve not just yourself, but others.
